OK, no couch on the porch, limited approval for some basketball backboards, but can someone
explain to me why it is now acceptable to spread your family's used garments all over the front lawn and sell them? The ritzy family next door has an annual garage sale. I was always raised that if used clothing was still good, you gave it away to a relative, a friend or the Salvation Army! I can maybe understand it if a family is hurting for cash, but these people aren't hurting.
