5. Do not eat leftover spaghetti sauce that has been in the refrigerator for two weeks
6. Teach a child (or yourself) something new today
7. Don't argue with crazy people

- everyone's entitled to their own stupid opinions.

- if you feel someone is threatening you or following you, act like you're insane - start yelling at shrubbery or trashcans. they'll leave you alone.

- if you can't tell who the annoying jackass is on your block, it's you.

- remember to breathe

- remember to relax: life's too important to take too seriously
