How many people here use drugs?
(When I say this, I mean in some way recreationally) Inspired by WIMR's (now locked) post.

How many people here use recreational drugs (or any drug used recreationally)? When I say this, I mean that it isn't to soley to feed a physical addiction, or as a necessary pain reliever. Feel free to specify what you use in your response

I really do apologize if anyone finds this poll insensitive though. My only intent is to see what percentage of people here use drugs compared to earlier groups of DUers.

EDIT* For all intents and purposes, 'drugs' is defined as any intoxicating substance, thin air or whatever. While caffiene and tobacco are drugs, they aren't what I would consider 'intoxicating'

It's one of the most damaging recreational drugs of all.

I'm addicted to Excedrin. Does that count?

I have a hard time making light of this, because I have an addicted adult child. His drug choice is cocaine. I'm not objecting to the OP. It is a valid poll question. I just happen to be the unlucky one to live with the negative fallout.

I don't have any problem with pot, but I don't smoke anymore -- makes me nervous.

I don't really think pot is evil at all... although meth is a completely different story. Still, it's all illegal and ultimately I have too much to lose.

I was a big druggie back in the day...pot, X, shrooms, you name it.

I haven't done drugs in 4 years.

can come grab this bottle of beer out of my hands. Then you can continue to opress me for the rest of my life, so long as you do it in person :)
