Okay, I know I have asked for this before, but....
Can you please send some good vibes our way? We are have found yet another house to put an offer on and could really use your good thoughts.

We have already been outbid twice and had out last deal fall apart because the house needed 20k worth of electrical and structural work + high radon levels.

We really need this to work, since my buyers have given me until July 20 to close on our current house.


So please, take a peek, tell me what you think, and send some good mojo our way:

7. Yes it is a sunroom, a heated one at that...
Perfect for basking in sunshine when it is frigid (we are in upstate NY).

The floors have that radiant heat out there as well.

My only concern is that we are going to convert one of the upstairs bedrooms into a dressing room since the closet space is limited, but with that sunroom, I can easily use it as a guest room if I need to.

and you are right, it is the same style

The basement has some spray painted death grafitti too. I was just under the impression that there had been some teen angst going on there in the past.

11. It's a beautiful house.
Though, you might want to consider how much sun it gets if it's surrounded that closely by trees.

If you like it, and it won't require too much remodeling or renovation, then I hope you get it. :)

12. When I went to see it, it was pretty darned sunny,
so the trees might help in preventing too much sun....
