1. It doesn't get much better than that
I watch the news on the wires and cnn, do a little office work, and surf the net. Just keeping an eye on the news cycle and jumping on if it needs a little extra torque! Whee!

4. No, it didn't
It could not possibly have "kicked ass". Bryan Adams and Loverboy?

7. Dude! Loverboy kicks ass on their own!
Much lesss matched with Bryan Adams who is great on his own! You must be one of those, "if it didn't come from the Beatles or the Stones it sucks" people.

9. Ha Ha!
I actually saw Lovergirl open for ZZ Top in 1980 (81?). They sucked then, and they suck today.

10. You must have some taste in music if you were at a ZZ concert...
but to not see what a great band Loverboy was, you must be missing a circuit somewhere. Next to Duran Duran, they were about the best thing that came out of the 80's.

5. "Alice" is a RWer.
was in favour of sending more troops to Viet Nam, among other things.

Notice he didn't actully ENLIST. Sound familiar?

Oh, and he liked to golf with Bob Hope. Had enough, or can I stop now?

Do they pay well and provide benifits? I could use another job.

19. Not that I know.
I really don't know. All I know about is my pay and such, and I'm quite happy...then again, I have next to no bills since I live at home.

14. I love Cooper. His greatest work of art was Dwight Fry...
I was gone for fourteen days
I coulda been gone for more
Held up in the intensive care ward
Lyin' on the floor
I was gone for all those days
But I, was not all alone
I made friends with a lot of people
In the danger zone

See my lonely life unfold
I see it every day
See my lonely mind explode
Since I've gone away

17. 200mm. We became a flash memory fab about 1 year ago.
We used to make AMD Athlons... Now they are made in Dresden, Germany. They just broke ground last month in Dresden for a new 300mm fab. This will be the second AMD fab in Dresden.

20. I'm in both 200 and 300 software dev
I think 300 is overkill since with a controlled yeild you can make 200 under a more controlled and less footprint fab. IMHO.

Either way it looks like chip orders are going up fast this year. Maybe most of them are being used in one-way devices like missiles and bombs...I don't know.
