seeing as how that's how I make my living (when I work..I'm a tad overweight atm.) Ahhh...but you knew that when you asked. Seriously, he's cool about it there...but I don't think a pic in my current state would be acceptable. Oh well.:7
1)Not feasible because of husband's work schedule. Seriously heavy; and he works two hours away; and I have no family to babysit; and we can't really afford a local one. 2)Professional pride. When I started it was expected that you kept yourself in shape and at a certain level. Just because all the other girls have slid does not mean I am going to. This is an appearance-oriented industry and I knew that going in. I am older and have been doing this for 13 years; I'd like to set an example.
Of course men like all kinds of women; a bit of fluctuation in weight is not to be stressed about. But I have a certain build and since the baby have about an extra 10 lbs. and loose skin. My teeth are also not in the best shape (not OH MY LORD but could use some work...money money money!!). I am a Leo and like to be one of the top girls in the club; honestly..and I would not be that right now.
Honestly the money would not be the problem; it is how I feel about myself and my profession. I don't have low self esteem about my body right now; but I am not up to the standard I expect from myself when working.
Whew I'm long-winded today. Hope that explains it.
I was under the impression that attitude was more important than physical appearence in your line of work but I guess how you feel about yourself does influence your attitude.
