2. I know-NPR had a story about the massive nerdfest they are having in Cal.

Can't remember where. This music was the bumper at the end of the story.

4. Not Maynard Ferguson. It's Meco.

The album was "Star Wars and Other Galactic Funk."

Meco put the disco beat to Star Wars, CE3K, and the Wizard of Oz back in 77 and 78.

There. I am officially an ubergeek.

10. I dated a girl who used this song

during her tryouts for Danny Terrios Dance Fever Contest. Her partner wore a Darth Vader Mask to start the number. Mercifully I drank lots of beer and handled the entire dance fever scene very well.
