I just bought my first ever Celia Cruz CD... did you know she was f%#$ing brilliant?

I didn't know who she was until she died, then I caught a special about her on Univision and :wow: what a genius she was. I Cuban friend of mine suggested her 'Celia & Johnny' CD and so far so good. Is anyone else a fan? If so, any other suggestions or is there no such thing as "bad" Celia Cruz?

absolutely wonderful. My friend was fortunate to see her play the Cuban Fest here in LA back in 2001, she broke up a brawl that started in front of the stage! :7

Sorry that I didn't get to know her sooner. Oh well, better late than never huh?
