I made a conservative cry
Alright, today, I made a conservative cry...yet, I don't feel too big about it. On another message board, I was defending partial birth abortion. She was talking about how it had been banned and I said "Are you kidding? With all the appeals and stuff it will be years before it will be enforceable. And by that time Se. Clinton will be president and she will overturn the partial-birth abortion ban". Aww....and you thought you had won one".

The woman said that the statement I made had made her cry. Guys, I really don't feel too big after saying this. What do you think I should do?

don't have access to this type of abortion. These types of abortions are, for the most part, done ONLY if the mother's life is at risk.

My wife's cousin, who (along with her family) is ultra-Republican, was pregnant with her first child when they found out it did not develop a brain. This was well into the 2nd trimester, approaching the 3rd. That decidedly anti-abortion family was just about to take her to get one when she miscarried.

Even the most ardent anti-choice advocate would be hard-pressed to "stick to their guns" if a close family member was in danger from a pregnancy.
