I have the f*ing flu.

1 week of fever, achy, tenderskin, can't shower because water drops hurt, ibuprofen, hot drinks, vitamins, bed, no work.
Back to work a few days thinking "wow, this never developed into the respiratory part of flu. odd"
Last 3 days of severe sore throat, bronchitis, now into lungs hacking up little teeny tiny bits of sweet tasting gunk, hack hack hack, ibuprofen, tylenol, vicodin, vitamins, blech.

NO, the "flu" is NOT vomitting and diarrhea but this crap. And I hate it. Spring influenza, bah. cough cough hack hack. back to bed.

7. Thanks. I was up last night 2am-6am, clearing out lungs

I thought it was going to be a fast and easy one, since no resp symptoms showed up for over a week. Guess it was just waiting. I'm glad we had an inhaler last night, doing treatments so I didn't have to go to ER. It always gets bad on Fri night. I wish I had decent insurance, but, well, to bed soon. Thanks for the good wishes.

Can you drink fruit juices? I've started drinking orange juice and passion fruit juice, again, and I feel better. Maybe it might work for you, too! :hug:
