Anyone catch the thing on CNN this morning regarding Gay Marriage
Oh god, I am in a snarling blog-fit right now, and I can't find this c-word's name (sorry, I haven't had my coffee yet, and Mr. Civility has left the room. Anyway, they had a head to head split-screen debate between the woman(?) in charge of GLAAD (I think it was a woman, I didn't have my contact lenses in) and this coifed bleach blonde right wing harpy who was part of some righty organization, "Defense of Women" or something like that. I am trying to find this woman's name, so that I can properly rip her a new one in my blog.

She comes from the school of thought that the media's acceptance and depiction of things like adultery and homosexuality has made marriages break up, and wistfully looks back to the fifties when families were so "stable." I have a bruise on my forehead from lunging at my TV screen.

Anyway, if anyone caught this and has this woman's name, I need it.

THANKS.

for the "old days." I wish I could shove them into H.G. Wells' time machine and make them take an enforced visit to their beloved "good old days."

The total irony of their being able to sit airbrushed on TV saying whatever the hell drivel they please is totally lost on them. If they were of an earlier time period, they would not want to be so outspoken, esp about politics and societal matters. It wasn't "ladylike". :eyes:

7. I knew it!
It had to be Sandy...you described her quite well. :P

They trot her out for any segments about abortion, homosexuality, etc. She's so over the top scary!

4. Now who was the GLAAD spokes person?
Now if I could just find a picture of the GLAAD spokesperson... In my early morning befuddled state, this individual looked kinda like Mo Rocca from the Daily Show.

5. I am concerned
... about how many faux leapards were killed for that jacket. Sheesh, never mind the decline of civility and morals in America, let's talk about the decline of fashion sense.

I just put up this blog, but I will spewing into it quite frequently. Warning, my language is a bit harsh here and there, so if you are offended by language, you probably won't particularly enjoy reading me.
