2. I recently read a cool recipe
where you chop up all the omlet stuff, break a coupla eggs, mix 'em up, put them in a zip loc bag and then boil is for 10 minutes. Personally, I'd be afraid the bag would break..maybe a second bag? Supposed to make a really good non-omlet omlet.

5. one of my favorite ways to use up leftovers
made an omelet Monday with leftover steak, leftover asparagas, mushrooms, onions and cheese

7. I love using leftover Chinese meals that way.
All the spices are already in the food with the onions and veggies too. Just scramble in a couple eggs. Yummmmmmm!

6. Omelets are like egg tortillas
Toss anything that you like to eat, including steak, in one with cheese and voila!
