Dinner? What's for?

Greetings from the back deck. Got a spiced up london broil on sale. Throwed (that's past tense for 'throw'--Appalachian talk) it on the fire.

Peanuts in the shell for appetizer. Finishing off a bottle of Smoking Loon Shiraz. Sawbuck Malbec is next up in the Bull Pen. Oh, and Green Giant broccoli and cheese rice frozen thing on deck too. SO is hard at work in Charlotte.

I'm all alone...

11. cereal and marinated strawberries.

I can't eat a whole package of strawberries before it spoils, so I sliced half of them and soaked them in simple syrup and rum. I ate some of the strawberries with cereal. I'm saving the sugar strawberry rum for frozen drinks tomorrow.
