Need some sympathy in the DUniverse... i f*cked up my back!

I don't know what happened... maybe it was crashing on the couch Wednesday night?!
It hurt all day yesterday at work, and now all i know is that i can't bend or turn my back without at least wincing; I couldn't find a comfortable way to sleep for more than 1/2 hr per position last night (so i've been up since 5am), and even sitting here hurts like hell (i had to turn the screen resolution to "visually impaired" so that i didn't have to sit forward in the chair).

As soon as the Mrs is awake, i'm heading for the doc's office.

It's probably something muscular, but i have to get it checked out.

I just started a new job a month ago, and though i have a few days off right now, i'm hoping that's all it will need to feel better.

I really can't afford to miss work, ya know?!
