I am trying to broker a peace deal of immense magnitude
I'm housesitting for a friend who just got a new dog this week.

The cat is royally pissed. :eyes:

Negotiations are tense at the moment. One benefit is whenever I go into the other's territory, I get showered with attention. Even animals know to suck up.

If I can manage this, I'm applying for a UN job. :P

5. Success???
The cat just jumped on the computer desk, and the dog is underneath, by my feet! :wow:

They wouldn't go within 10 feet of each other previously!!

6. Almost!
The cat knows the dog will forget where the cat is. When the dog gets up and stretches the cat will pounce on the dog's head, scaring the heck out of the dog, and possibly getting in a few 'good' shots as well.

Then the cat will declare victory, and the dog will forever be subordinate to the cat - they way it's menat to be. :D

:hi:

8. They're back in their respective corners today
:eyes:

Most definitely the cat has the power - sounds like the dog knew it from the start.

 :hi:
