Are there monster truck rallies in Europe?
Or is it an American phenom only?

What about pro wrestling?

2. I watched on PBS last night the Mormon missionaries in Germany
and they did not do well at all...Germans are not willing participants in any CULT...I think Hitler kinda put them off? Seems if your name is Smith or Hitler ...makes no never mind?

5. I wish
But there are many cults in Germany; Mormons among them.
And the number of christian fundamentalists isn't zero either, even the number of televenaglists has recently reached one.

The pity the Mormon missionaries; young people, ill-prepared for the nation where they're used. Selling religion at doors is not going to work in Germany.

6. was
In the 90s together with Hasselhoff.

Monstertruck rallys are shown on one of the sports networks; I guess they have viewers. There are Monstertruck events, but not very frequently; I don't think that they draw huge crowds.

7. They do have semi-truck races...
Edited on Tue Jan-20-04 03:43 AM by CanuckAmok
I've seen clips of them. the cabs of 18-wheelers, racing around Grand Prix tracks. Volvo, Leyland, Mercedes and Ford all have factory teams--it's a big phenomenon!

I find it pretty weird...

9. But
we do have tractorpulling here in Holland (and Germany, Denmark and Finland).

I think freefighting is bigger than wrestling here, but it isn't broadcasted.
