If you are a father does YOUR dad send you a father's day card?
Or reach out to you to wish you a happy father's day?

My mom (separated from my dad for 30 years) sends me a father's day card but my dad just sits around waiting for something to fall into his hands. He has a wonderful grandson and I would have thought that at a minimum he would send a card to me wishing ME a happy father's day and telling me that I am doing a great job (hopefully).

Just wanting to get others' takes on the situation.

not this year yet

I've tried to reach him but haven't gotten a hold of him yet.
