I have the urge to drive right around the corner just to buy some Sara Lee chocalate cake and when I buy it I am not going to take it into the kitchen and slice a piece , and put the rest in the fridge. I am going to get a fork , get in the bed and eat the entire thing in one night ? Why am I so damn hungry ?

1. I don't know...
but I feel your pain. Only I generally want to do it with either cheesecake or ice cream.

I made devils food cupcakes this afternoon...half-filled. Then I packed strawberry ice cream to the top of the cupcake thingie. Then I put cool whip on that. Then I drizzled chocolate syrup over the cool whip.

Then I put them back into the freezer and came to work where it's safe.

Until I get home.

:scared:

I was thinking about the tray of brownies I made at home. I've got a whole half gallon of vanilla ice cream and a microwave.

*Sigh*

Why is chocolate with ice creamy bits SO tempting?

8. Don't forget a napkin.
If you do it once a month...no prob.

About once every two months or so, I get a whole package of Blue Bunny Chocolate Ice Cream Sandwiches and drool off into sugar heaven.

Deb my SO doesn't even know I do this.

9. Sounds like a scene out of the movie "Fatso".
Where his buddys come over ffr a food intervention and they eat everything in the kitchen.

10. Do it, get it out of your system, then...
start eating reasonable tomorrow. I find that when I get those cravings, I have to just satisfy them, and start again the next day. :hi:

14. Not always that easy.
Some folks have a hard time stopping once we've started.

15. I know...
so do I...but in my case, i can usually make a fresh start the next day, and I find it nearly impossible to get rid of cravings. But, everyone's different in that regard I suppose.

11. PMS?
That's what I think when I hear chocolate and hunger .I always get very hungry just before my period. Can you just go to bed and try to fall asleep? The urge will have passed by morning.

12. Well, if you can just drink a lot of water or milk, that'll kill the urge.
Otherwise, call your nearest Longhorn Steakhouse (assuming it's still open) and have them whip you up a take-out order of this:

Huge as it is, it'll still be healthier for you than a whole cake.

13. A friend of mine did that at a party once. Just walked around the party with an entire cake.
He wasn't even high or all that drunk.
