Will calling me "this guy", and you insulting my post, I felt insulted and still do. Listen, I'm no stranger to message boards. Type is flat, and expresses no emotion. It's very easy to piss someone off if you are not sensitive about what you type.

The very fact that the question was asked insulted me. What would it matter why I am posting so much? For all he knows, he...(yes "he"...see, I am talking about will like he is not watching this thread, just like he did to me by calling me " this guy")....I could be in a wheelchair or something (I'm not), and this could be my only contact with others (It's not)...but the fact is....it COULD be.

Asking the question was rude and showed no empathy towards others. saying "just curious" is complete and total bullshit.

Yes I have been a member since 2005.

I have visited this sight nearly everyday since I joined, however, I was primarily a lurker, with only the occasional post. In addition, I primarily lurked in GD and basically used that forum as my news source.

As I slowly and occasionally started to visit the lounge, I found myself starting to post here with some frequency. I like the banter and casual atmosphere...seems to fit my personality.

So my relatively low post count is not indicative of the long time that I have spent here.

Now, I have a question for you.

What prompted your question, and why would you notice such a thing? Just curious. Thanks.

I was just curious since I've seen you everywhere lately but I noticed the post count under 1000. I just thought you were a newbie but then I checked the profile and it said 2005. I am just curious as to why some people post a lot and others not so much.

I saw one guy that was here since 2002 and he only had 118 posts.

and still only has about 100 posts. She doesn't say much, but she reads a lot.

I am just nosy and I like to find out why some post so little and others so much.
