Watching AKIRA again for the first time in years...

It's the remastered English version from 2001. Far superior to the original English release, although my favorite remains the original Japanese dialog. Still, it's nice to see that Pioneer made more of an effort to stay faithful.

If you've never seen Akira and you're into sci-fi, especially cyberpunk, you owe it to yourself to check out this Japanese classic.

I just snagged the anime version of Metropolis. Haven't had a chance to sit through the whole thing yet, but I love what I've seen so far.
