What do you have an aversion to?

Me? I can't stand shopping, stores, and I especially hate standing in line for anything...

shopping, cooked vegetables...

I think a list of what I *don't have an aversion to might be shorter, though.

20. I HATE knick-knacks.
My mom has about thirty trillion of the damn things. Why on earth would someone want to buy something that doesn't do anything except sit there, and it's just one more thing you have to dust? Everything I buy has an actual use.

that is exactly how I feel
my parents go to yard sales every freaking weekend and buy tons of shit for only a dollar an item...etc, etc. It's sad because they could put that money in the bank and save it up, but they don't. They are pack rats and I think part of the way I feel is an aversion to that; plus I believe that that cheap shit and encouraging people of middle and working class income is just predatory capitalism at it's best...but that's pretty heavy for this thread.

What happens if someone gives a knick-knack to you? I get them all the time for gifts.

I hate shopping 90% of the time. The 10% I enjoy is for computer stuff, books, and cool things at the hardware store :)

18. Specifically?
I have an aversion to sports fanatics who paint themselves in their favorite team's colors and go to games and wave those giant foam-rubber #1 hands in the air. It's just ridiculous to me.

Also, banana slugs.
