So, I've been called a bitch twice in the space of a day by people I don't know.
Customer service type jobs are bad. The words came from customers that were upset and did not like the options I gave to them. Oh well.

etc

Brought back lots of warm, fuzzy memories from school days... nice to feel 15 again, I suppose. :)
