I have both reading/computer glasses and walk-around-without-falling-down-or-into-things glasses. A couple of years ago on a Friday, I left the walk-around-etc. glasses at work (wore the shades home from work) and so spent the weekend with only the reading/computer glasses. Because I could not see as well as I should have been able, I also twisted my damn ankle on the stairs.

It was a shitty weekend.

11. People with perfect vision just don't understand.

I've got color vision and stereo vision, but I'm quite nearsighted. I feel lucky to have as good vision as I do even though my focal length in my good eye is about six inches.

There is a definite discrimination against people who wear glasses, especially on TV and in entertainment, and especially against women.
