12. I missed it because I was at my Senate District DFL meeting

We were doing some planning for the caucuses. About 8 I said we better wrap the meeting up so we could catch some of the speech because for all we knew he'd declared martial law and our caucus planning would be moot.

The remark went over well.

I caught some of it driving home. I'm sure anyone who passed me wondered why this crazy woman appeared to be screaming and flipping the bird at her radio.

I wanted to take issue with every statement that he made. Ted Kennedy truly spoke for me when he just sat back and rolled his eyes. I understand that this is a big news story, as well. What do they expect? I just don't want to hear the rehashes of it since it was all lies and, for anyone who has been paying attention, we would realize it as such. But most people don't, so they buy it. Sigh...:shrug:
