Who admits to using Ambien?

I do. I take 10mg to help me sleep, and to wean off weed.

sleep, actually the Walgreen's version because they are way cheaper and have the same ingredients.

One night I''m brushing my teeth and I look in the mirror and my eyebrows were gone. Apparently I had shaved them in my sleep the night before. I had gone to work and nobody said a word evn though I looked like ET. And it was totally out of character cause I don't even pluck my eyebrows.

I've heard that many people on Ambien sleep eat, some make sleep phone calls and a couple have even sleep driven a car.

Perhaps you will end up sleep toking...

it works for me. and according to colin powell, EVERYBODY in iraq and afghanistan is on it. (probably to counteract the "go" pills they are on during the day.)

as far as "weaning", i do remember that eleven years ago, when i moved to a new city for a new job, and didn't have access to weed, it only took me three or four nights of sleeplessness to be "weaned".

that was the only "withdrawal" symptom i ever had. and i smoked a LOT, for twenty-five years.

pot does help you sleep. and it probably is a lot less harmful than ambien.

i DO have to make sure i go to bed before the ambien kicks in, or my honey has to put me to bed. i always notice visual things, like i'm staring at the computer screen, and it looks 3D... then i'm out. the honey will see me sitting and staring, so he puts me to bed.

i usually grope him (or so he says...).
