How many posts do you think a DU poster should have before it is appropriate for him/her to welcome a newcomer here to DU?

Welcome people as you wish and forget conventions. You are part of the community. Welcoming people is always good. If they turn out to be a disruptor, at least we were nice before they got tombstoned.
