It's -5 with a -31 windchill over here. And it's only 5:30 pm. They're saying -16 tonight with a windchill expected to go below -50. My legs almost froze off while walking all the way across campus back to my dorm. But I'm a North Dakotan. I can take it.

So to all youse pansies living in warm, sunny Phoenix, San Diego, Miami, LA, etc. complaining about 50 degree temps:

The furnace in the house I'm moving to is over 100 years old and according to someone who should know will last another 100 years easy.
It's not that I'm totally against the modern world. Computers make this choice possible for me. And I've lived in West Coast cities(SF, LA, Portland) for the last 50 some odd years and I've got what could be got and I'm ready to 'drop out'.

A warlock is NOT the term for a male witch. A male witch is just a witch. Warlock is an an old English word for 'oath-breaker'...

I don't know one Wiccan who calls himself a Warlock...like I said, most call themselves witches. Male and female.
Too many people that have non-traditional beliefs, and/or believe in the old gods and goddesses of ancient cultures are lumped into the "Wiccan" court. Frankly, it's insulting.

It's like calling everyone who believes in the Bible and the Biblical idea of God, Catholic.
