I am so tired, I haven't slept more then 4 hours a day for the last 5 days.
Now I am so tired I can't sleep.

Sounds to me like you need to relax in order to sleep...

How about a nice warm bath?

Or is there anyone who can give you a nice back rub?

I wouldn't advocate alcohol, though...

Hope you get some sleep very soon, sweetie....

2. Don't try to catch up all in one night...
you sound like you are past the point of no return. Don't force sleep, just let it come when it wants. Try to get a little more each night. and if your body tells you to sleep...don't fight it. You are in a fragile state right now...don't fight sleep.

My dog is on meds and I want someone watching her tonight.

extremely long periods of sleep deprivation. Please be careful...it can mess you up royally if you go too long. Please be aware that sometime very soon, sleep will have to be your first priority. bar none.

8. Here's what to do...


Get the lavender "Batherapy" in either the liquid or powder form, it doesn't matter. It's not cheap - between $5 and $6 per bottle, but you can probably get 8 to 10 baths from one bottle. Run your bath and put in about 1/4 to even 1/2 cup. Fill the bathtub with hot water - about as hot as you can comfotably take a bath in. Soak in this for 15 to 20 minutes. Dry off and you will just roll into bed like a blob of Jell-O. Your skin will feel smooth and soft, and you will sleep like a baby.

Don't go without proper sleep, that's dangerous and harmful to your body!
