News You Can Use: US to ban up-skirt voyeur photos
The US moved closer today to banning so-called "up-skirt" photography, under the proposed Video Voyeurism Prevention Act.

The bill specifically bans deliberately taking pictures of an unconsenting "individual's naked or undergarment clad genitals, pubic area, buttocks, or female breast...under circumstances in which that individual has a reasonable expectation of privacy regarding such body part or parts".

Just thought you'd want to know.

2. So how is Paris suppposed to get attention?
And sheesh... Some people are smart enough to understand that such things are "unwritten laws". Others are just opportunists and don't care about others' rights.

10. In related news
President Bush announced today that he and all members of the executive branch (of which, incidentally, he was not part of last week) will no longer wear clothes but will fully expect their privacy to be respected under the new law. Accordingly, neither photographers, reporters, members of Congress or the general public will be allowed to be near, let alone question any Bush appointee, thus banning any deliberate attempt to ascertain any facts whatsoever until the end of his term.
