4. If I remember correctly
he had to have most of his face (and other parts of him) surgically repaired after a major race car accident.

18. I heard his injuries where very very serious and is lucky to be walking upright again.
He was in a episode of 'Medium' this past season, decent episode too, I'm glad that he was able to recover.

29. Not that I ever seen him in anything
but he looks normal. Goofy smile, but normal.

He was a pretty boy way back when, wasn't he? Often those features that make that look as a teen don't age very well.
