My cats: Charro and Mimi are out of surgery and OK!

They got spayed today. They have to spend the night at the vet and we can pick them up tomorrow!

Our other three cats are wondering where them two new cats are.

1. Awwww
That's good news.

I'm glad Maya was already spayed when I adopted her. I couldn't sleep without her attacking my feet. :)

3. Yeah ... this was the first time we had to do this.
The boys and Geena were all fixed when we got them.

4. Great news!
That's always so worrisome...having your kitties in the hospital, in surgery. I'm glad Charro and Mimi are all right!

And they're very cute. :-)

6. aw, sweet girls. very nice photo of the two of them...
I'm glad they're well! Cats heal so damn fast it amazes me -- did the vet use dissolving stiches, or do you have to take them back in a few weeks?

7. Don't know yet.
I think we have to take them back. We've had them for about 6 weeks now ... it's seems so strange not having them in the house. The other three probably think they ran them out of the house. HA! HA! They'll be back in the morning.

11. Tuxy cat is crazy
When we went to the pound to look .... talk about having your heart broken ...... we had seen her on the pound's website. I fell in love with her. Her name was "Cindy" and one of my best pal's name is Cindy. So when we got to the pound we saw her and just had to get her. The other little baby (Charro) just stood out like crazy. She's just a loving little doll. Had we not had three others at home I could have taken three more. My mom thinks we are crazy. But what the hell ... I ain't gonna have kids! Can't wait for the little girls to come home in the morning. I miss them!

18. When I saw that your kitty had been named Cindy, I wanted to cry...
because the reason I love tuxedo cats so much is because I had a tuxedo cat named Cindy who died last March. I still haven't really gotten over it. She was 18 years old, and diabetic. I named her Cindy when I got her (back in the 80s!), just because I thought she looked like a Cindy! She was my only cat, I'm still not ready to get another one.

This picture was taken the weekend before Cindy died:

Here's Cindy with her Mommy, but you can't really see her beautiful little face:

When I saw your picture, your cat reminded me of my Cindy! :) And it turns out she was a Cindy!

10. Such beautiful kitties - glad they're okay!
They may be quiet for a while when they get home, but that will be brief.

13. That's what's so weird about Simba's death
Monty was his brother, but both he and Morrissey are acting absolutely fine. I don't understand it! I know they loved Simba - do they not even notice that he's gone??
