My question: Who is Andria Cavallo, and why did she send me this e-mail?
I think my johnssoon is workkiing OK. What makes her think it's not? Is she just guessing, or does she know something I don't? How could she tell, just by e-mail? Does stuff like that show on my computer? I don't think she has spell-check, either. Should I tell her about it? I'm perplexed.

As far as I can tell, my johnssoon is workkiing just fine. Those ugly rumors were just that, rumors, and totally unfounded. You really shouldn't listen to every Winn-Dixie cash register operator you happen to bump into.

Both of us had had quite a bit to drink, and it was more of a mutual agreement rather than a failure to perform on my part. Besides, I think she was ticked off because of all the coupons I brought in earlier. I don't think 83 coupons is "excessive". Why do they print them if they don't want us to use them?

Her reaction was totally outrageous and certainly uncalled for. Many of the other customers agreed that eating my Winn-Dixie SmartShopper card was way over-the-top and a poor example of "customer service".

I hope this will put the snide remarks and innuendos to rest.
