Is anyone else having trouble with Earthlink?

I've been gone for a week, and now I can't get my e-mail via their website or OE. ARRRRRGH! :grr:

and they couldn't resolve the difficulty.

I can't even access http://www.earthlink.net

If anybody is out there, could you try the link, to see if it's functional?

4. Tell the tech support person you want to talk to billing..

If they ask why tell them you want to cancel your account. This will bump you up the tech support food-chain quickly. Usually the Tier 1 people can't really do anything besides read from the "Choose your own Adventure" manual.
