Has anyone else noticed the interwebs being wonky in the last week or so?

Two of my clients were down last week, the pharmacy computer was down on Friday, my internet fax has been down, today I'm getting error messages all around the webs AND can't get the web on my cellphone. I smell :tinfoilhat:
