Good evening from Bangalore!

I can't sleep and I'm only halfway through my business trip around the world. None of my tricks for getting over jet lag are working. I'll be dead by the time I get back to Florida.

I have learned one thing, when you are in your 40's and you don't get enough sleep, it REALLY shows on your face. I can scare myself just by looking in the mirror.

1. Have you tried melatonin?

My husband swears by it whenever he goes to Pakistan. Have a successful trip and try to see some sights!

2. Yes.

I use it on all my trips and swore by it. I've seen studies that show it is not effective, but I still continue to use it. Who knows, maybe it was a psychological effect only and now that I know it shouldn't work, it no longer does.

Just don't let your husband see any melatonin studies! :)
