1. BLT Salad
Got some bacon in my last Meat CSA (locally and sustainable raised animals - pig in this case of course :) ) Cooked the bacon (in the oven not on a skillet, a trick I learned from Alton Brown...comes out nice and crispy)...romaine lettuce...caramelized some cut grape tomatoes in olive oil...added some fresh tomatoes...crispy romaine lettuce (locally grown)...multi-grain bread (left out over night) cut into about 1 inch bits...mixed it all up in a salad drizzled a vinaigrette dressing and eat! ;)

2. I'm not sure but it smells divine
Lots of garlic, I can tell. Whatever it is, it will be wonderful because I don't have to cook it! :bounce:

I went to the upscale martini bar down the road. Ate an awesome fish and potato chowder, tenderlion steak, and had two martinis all for free, then walked out with the owner's credit card number

( something to do with that website I mentioned earlier)
