I just realized I never used to use much bad language until around 2000. Now I find myself screaming cuss words almost every day. I wonder why? They say cussing is a sign of a limited vocabulary, but I disagree - I think it's a release valve. These criminals in the rogue regime are driving me to this.

1. I can relate
I was a fundie for a long time, and only in the past 3 years have really let my tongue loose when I get rankled. I agree, it is a splendid release valve. That, and I'm making up for lost time. :) I endeavor to have a wide-ranging and large vocabulary, but that does not preclude swearing the shingles off the house when I'm mad or animated or just for the sheer fucking hell of it. :D

2. I like to use them just for emphasis sometimes.
When I say "fuck something" I really mean it! I hate it when people use words"f*ck" and *sh*t" in every fucking sentence they utter, that's pure intellectual laziness. I mean, fuck that. Shit, am I fucking cursing again? Fuck.

3. Work did it to me
I spent about ten years at a racetrack and another couple working road construction. When I'm not careful, I make my boyfriend blush.

4. No shit
good for you loosening up a bit. I have a terrible time with it but most of the people I work with are used to it I think? Fuck maybe I shouldn't swear at work. Just an FYI: It is the current administration that is making you do it.
