1. I understand that I may be injured, disabled, or even die while responding to this thread.

3. I understand that serious and permanent eye injury, including loss of eyesight, can occur if I do not wear approved safety goggles in any area where the content of this thread may be intentionally or accidentally discharged. I agree to never remove my goggles under any circumstances while I am reading this thread, replying to this thread, or any other situation where I may be in any way influenced by this thread.
4. I understand that although "Robb" and the staff will attempt to enforce safety and posting rules, I may be injured or die because others persons did not follow the rules.
5. I understand that I will be exposed to risks and hazards while reading this thread. I freely and voluntarily acknowledge these risks and hazards and nonetheless wish to read and\ or enter into an agreement to respond to this thread.
6. I understand that responding to this thread involves risks, which include, but are not limited to, the risk of injury from being struck by inconsistencies, injuries from possible malfunction of equipment used and injury from falling over straw men or other natural or manmade obstacles.
7. I certify that I am in good health and that I do not have a heart condition, ailment or condition which could be worsened or cause me injury, illness, disability, or death as a result of exertion involved in reading or responding to this thread. I understand that I am responsible for consulting a physician before responding to this thread.
8. As a condition of reading or responding to this thread, I knowingly and voluntarily waive any legal rights that I may have against the Robb, other posters, the Democratic Underground, computer manufacturers and distributors, "Robb is a Dingbat, LLC" and its owners, employees, directors, officers, and assigns.
9. I agree to hold harmless each and all of the above parties, and to indemnify each and all of the above named parties against any and all claims, actions, suits, costs, expenses (including attorney's fees), damages, and liabilities arising out of connected with, or resulting from my reading or responding to this thread.
