Who is The Moran Guy?

You know who I'm talking about, this guy:

What is his name?

Where does he live?

What does he do for a living?

Is he married? If not, would he be willing to hook up with a willing DUer?

He's been hanging around the intertubes for four years now, and he remains a man of mystery!

In fact, that's what got me wondering. They found TOD fairly quickly, but this guy remains a riddle inside an enigma wrapped in a do-rag.

The picture is of a counter-protest to a protest at the Boeing plant at St. Charles, Mo, shortly before the Iraq invasion, as I recall. First seen at the Indymedia site for St Louis and probably can still be found in their archives.
