Vitally important clothing question:
Do those stick-on bra cups actually work?

I bought a dress and I think I underestimated how low cut it is in the center, because the center art of my bra shows a bit. I guess I could get a corset or longline with a deep scoop in the center if I had to, but if the stick-on dealies work I may do that instead- I really don't need anything to hold the girls up anyhow.

1. I can't answer that for you.
In my case the sticky bras would have to have some industrial strength adhesive to keep the girls pointing north.

2. depends how big your boobs are
If over a C, well, good luck. If you're an A use bandaids.

3. From the ladies I know who've tried them....MAYBE.
It's a "shape" thing as much as a "size" thing,
at least from what I've gathered second-hand.

I'd really try them at home first; find some that
work for four hours in private before you trust them
for two in public, knowhutImean?

5. Good idea
After all, even if they work what if they give me a horrific case of boob sweat or something? :scared:

11. That's kinda exactly the problem I was thinking of.
I didn't wanna be so blunt, but since you mentioned it first...

I was dating a woman who was a very full "C", and she
tried them for the first time because she found a great
vintage dress too cheap to pass up, and it did NOT work with a bra.
She loved them; they opened up a whole new range of wardrobe
options for her.

But her friend (who told her about the Klingon Cups in the
first place) was unable to wear them. She was a petite "A" cup;
but even though the Klingons were doing much less heavy lifting
in her case, they gave her the boob sweat. And so, they just wouldn't
stay stuck onto her for very long.

4. Why not get one of those low cut bras.
Then there will be NO worry about the stick- ons working.

6. I haven't seen one that would work.
Addmittedly, I've hardly looked. But it's hard to find specialty bras in my (very small) size.

7. You know what I'm talking about?

I don't know what they're called but the front of the bra vees down all the way down to the lowest part of the bra. So if the dress vees down below that (below the breasts) you're out of luck. But if it's above that point, the deep cut bras work well. Bali and several of the other well known brands have that style.

13. Fredericks of Hollywood... every type of bra that exists
http://www.fredericks.com/category/bras/shop+by+bra+style/convertible+and+versatile.do?page=2&sortby=shortdesc&asc=true

Check out all 3 pages and the different views (back, front, etc.). There's also the clear strap bra that might work. They've got everything in all sizes.

12. I wore them with a backless dress I owned
It was a simple black dressy dress that was quite demure in front but backless. They worked for that.

14. If you really don't need anything to hold them up,
why not just go bra-less?

19. I had a disastrous experience with them, once.
Granted, I was a bit more heavily endowed, then.
If they're cheap, give them a test run, but don't leave them as your only option when you're getting ready for something important!

21. Not very well.
My daughter wore them with her prom dress, but she did have to do a fair amount of adjusting.
