Pictures, Part 4: Antwerp, Belgium!
Edited on Sun Aug-19-07 11:14 AM by huskerlaw
Are you sick of my pictures yet? Tough. ;)

After this, I have Brussels, London, and Amsterdam...then the pictures are done.

But first: Antwerp!

I'm looking forward to Amsterdam. That city has a unique look. :hi:

2. Much better.
But they have a few thousand years on us, so I guess it's to be expected.

Amsterdam had a VERY unique look the day I was there...it was Gay Pride Festival day! :D

3. Nice pics huskerlaw
I bet you had a blast.

I liked Amsterdam, but didn't go to Belgium, it is pretty, and cool architecture there.

Saw your other pics too.

5. Hey SPK!
I did have a blast! At the beginning of my trip, we were touring a new Belgian city each day...that was interesting. Though they look similar, each city really has its own vibe.

London was by far my favorite, but Amsterdam was great fun.

4. My dear huskerlaw!
Sick of your pictures?

Hardly!

And as usual, these are wonderful!

I especially like the angle in number two...

Not many people do that, and it's soooooooo dramatic!

Thanks for sharing your beauty!

And yes, I'm looking forward to the rest...

6. Good!
I'm glad you're enjoying them! I had to wade through HUNDREDS of pictures to get them somewhat manageable and organized. Amazingly, I am posting only a small portion of what we actually took!

I had so much fun with the architecture. It's so much more ornate than here, and it seemed that the dramatic "up the nose" shots showed it off the best.

More pics upcoming...perhaps later today!

Which is no surprise since both had the same architect

Now, Amsterdam... My favorite place on the planet

11. Really?
Wow...I totally didn't notice that! But then again, we were only in Brussels for a few hours. But yeah, completely didn't think it looked like DC.

Amsterdam was a blast...especially since it was the day of the gay pride festival!
