We just got a new leather computer chair...free!
Ok, it's actually used, and has a small tear in he leather. But my son's boss felt that was unacceptable, and was going to throw it away. It's got a nice high back with lumbar support, and the arms are low enough so we can play our instruments while sitting in it.
I feel lucky!

4. Gotta love free stuff
especially when it's good free stuff. My roommate's sister just got rid of a bunch of her furnature, and she gave it to him. So now we have a nice new leather couch and matching chair, and a widescreen TV and a computer desk that are not made out of leather. :)

5. Freecycle is one of my favorite message boards!
I've gotten a lot of good stuff thanks to them, and cleaned out a lot of stuff I didn't need, too!
