We're having EP's famous stir-fry. It's got chicken, peppers, onions, mushrooms, baby corn, and water chestnuts in it. Plus, today I made paneer cheese and it is great when added to the stir-fry, so that's gonna be our dinnah. :hi:

I've got to go spruce up the kitchen in just a bit, and get started.

Have to work tomorrow before school (2am-10:30am), so my bedtime is ridiculously early here of late.

23. I'm a breakfast cook in a 24-hr restaurant...
I get there at 2am so that i can start my prep for the morning, including mixing/cutting/baking fresh biscuits. We serve breakfast food from 4am until 10:30.

I leave the last of the dishes for someone else (small kitchen,, so i do them as we go along)... rush home for a shower and clean clothes, then head downtown to campus with Oktoberain!

This will be even more fun next week, when OktoberKid is back in school, and i have to take a break around 7:30am to drive him to the school bus stop!

26. right now I am eating a pile of little pickling cukes
Was making pickles and had a bunch left over, so I'm eating them. And they are DELICIOUS. Wow.

Later I'm feeding teenagers homemade chicken tenders and sweet potato fries. And stuffing them with produce, too. They're in cross country training, so they'll eat anything now. Maybe I'll make some blueberry muffins for them, too. Carb up, there's a race Saturday.
