Are you craving: Milk, Cream, Sugar, Corn Syrup, Cocoa (processed with alkali), Guar Gum, Mono and Diglycerides, Cellulose Gum, Dextrose, Carrageenan, Calcium Sulfate, Disodium Phosphate, Artificial and Natural Flavor, and Vitamin A Palmitate? If so, there are other ways to satisfy your craving for Disodium Phosphate.

A large original chocolate Frosty at Wendys' contains 540 calories, 13 grams of fat (and 8 of those grams are saturated fat), 55 mg. of cholesterol, 250 mg. of sodium, and 93 grams of carbohydrates (of which 70 grams are sugars). On the plus side, it does contain 13 grams of protein and 50% of the RDA of calcium.
