It's not really a profession to me - I work retail. However, I'm going to school to become a paralegal.

I have no real interest in football though I enjoy going to a game now and then.

I love old-time county fairs with farm animals and pulling contests and crafts and yummy food!

For college teams, I will favor whatever one burns to death in a bus accident, after which the school does a lot of thinking and finally decides to stop funding sports and concentrate on education, which is their actual purpose for being. As to pro teams, the only one I really go for is the Packers because they are actually owned by the community. But ultimately, the whole idea of worshiping millionaires just because they can throw a ball or ice skate or whatever is pretty goddamned silly - and injurious to society - to me.

I go to the Renaissance Fair every couple years. That's pretty fun. I haven't been to a county fair type of thing in a while, though.

Every ADA I know is in a union, even in small counties. At-will doesn't have to mean no union.

Not really. Large crowds make me nervous. Which sucks because the biggest state fair in the country is happening a couple miles from my house.

It's one of the oldest and biggest fairs. The crowd was the only thing I didn't like.

1. I've returned to graduate school, where I am studying Political Science, but haven't made the move yet (I've been commuting- much longer than anyone in their right mind should commute!) so have not found a job yet. Once I settle in and things settle down I will be looking for something, though perhaps part-time since I am taking a full load of classes.

2. A couple of jobs ago I was a proud member of the American Postal Workers Union (APWU), although I was only a temporary employee. I would like to eventually be a union member in whatever job I end up doing.

3. I tend to root for the University of Texas by default, but I don't really watch college football. I don't really watch pro either; I might root for the Houston Texans just because they usually seem to need all the help that they can get!

5. Yes, I enjoy them, although the only one I've ever attended is the Southeast Texas State Fair in Beaumont. I've been there several times and had fun.
