3. I'm going to have to try it
But I'll get my spinach from the farmers' market, sans the salmonella that keeps cropping up in the bagged stuff. Or e-coli. Or whatever it is. Yech.

4. I never have one without avocado.
There's something magical about bacon and avocado together. It's also why I never make guacamole without adding bacon.

mmm...hungry now.

5. Personally, I think almost anything is improved by bacon
Fortunately, for my heart's sake, I don't act upon it. Once a week; that's it.

7. You can have the chocolate
I'll stick with bacon. Not a big fan of chocolate. But my kids make up for it.

8. I made a BLT flatbread last night! I used a thin whole wheat pita
Edited on Wed Sep-05-07 02:39 AM by grace0418
then topped it with bacon bits (real ones, not those nasty fake bits), sliced green zebra tomatoes, and a sprinkling of grated Dubliner cheese. When I pulled it out of the oven I wilted some fresh arugula on top. Damn that was goooooooooood.
