4. Black Oak Arkansas
Their live performances were awesome, with a big hint of nastiness and not just a little bit of sexual innuendo. I suspect most people who left their concerts went somewhere quick and fucked. My wife and I did, that was about 30 years ago.

6. LOL
Good story.

I have posted quite a few threads about all the pop and pop/rock I think is good, so I decided to explore a different theme this time.

to have everyone horny as hell after they leave your concerts. Makes the event(s) very memorable.

10. Brian Eno, Zappa, TV on the Radio, Ozric Tentacles, old Genesis, Andrew Bird,
Bauhaus, Björk, The Damned, Bowie, Mike Patton (Mr. Bungle, Lovage, Fantomas), Iggy Pop, Hendrix, King Crimson, King Missle, The Pixies, Primative Reason, Propellerheads, Sparks, Queen, Talking Heads, Devo, Pink Floyd, Radiohead.... probably more.

Yes, I know some of those bands are considered popular, but they all have their weird side/songs too that don't generally get radio play.

I like a lot of wierd music although there's a fine line between "different" and "unlistenable crap" and it sometimes depends on my mood.

17. Ray Lynch. He a composer of synthesizer music from the late '80's
and early '90's. All of his music is inspired by quotes from unpublished (and evidently, unpublishable,) novels written by Buddhists. The music is kind of fun.

OK, there were a LOT of synthesizers involved. Amazing what you can do with a couple of frequency followers.

21. I think it's more the juxtaposition of my music that's bizarre.
Though I do listen to some bizarre genres (Chiptunes for example).

Still, I have some playlists that go from Martin Denny, to Hanzel und Gretyl, to Binaerpilot, to Bebel Gilberto, to Skinny Puppy, to Vernon Reid.
Weird combinations of music.
