I feel so terrible
My 23-year-old kitty just fell off my desk. I don't know what she was thinking, but there is a space between the edge of my desk and the wall. She fell like a rock. She was so stunned that she didn't even mind the other kitties to come and sniff her (she hates other kitties). After a few minutes she was jumping from my desk to the kitty condo so I know she is alright. Poor thing.

3. Actually, he's my ex-lover's cat
when he moved out,I begged him to let me keep her. And he did!! She just eats meow mix with canned food three times a week. My ex used to feed her canned food every night, but I just can't afford that. Plenty of water, plenty of human food, and plenty of lap time seems to serve her well. Plus, she is calico, they are known to live a long time.

5. It's all in the genes I guess.
I know Siamese tend to be long lived, didn't know that about callies.

6. 23 years!! That's impressive.
My first guy, Moses, lived to be 19. But 23 is remarkable. I hope my current brood can pull that off!

11. just wanted to add
This poor kittie has lived in a lot of places into her years...when my ex wasn't doing well, his brother took her in for 9 months. Even after a year of not seeing my ex's brother, she will mew at him when he comes over. She will mew at anyone that has ever lived with her.

14. I hope she's okay.
Cats have this ability to not seem hurt. And as old as she is, I hope she's as tough as she needs to be.
