In case you were wondering ...
Building a house sucks. If your builder is a Republican, it sucks even more. If he's a Rebulican Church-going "Christian", it sucks more than that. The major suck is his version of "quality" when you can do better yourself on a bad day when you've never done it before.

Just sayin' ...

We're not building -- just trying to get a little remodeling done. The roofer was suppose to be here in September -- guess what it's October. He better show up this week.

2. I sure do know the scenario!
Our fireplace insert was delivered in June. It's still not installed. Guess we're waiting for the prices to go up or something.

3. It's really a bad situation
The carpenter is the husband of a wonderful friend that volunteers in my classroom. I am trying so hard not to be really upset.
He said he was coming this weekend, so I gave him $1000 and he never showed. If he doesn't come this week it is going to start getting cold and rainy.
I'm discouraged.
When will your house be completed?
