Where can you buy plain white t-shirts?
In a nutshell, last night my bank did something stupid that made it impossible for me to access my account at ATMs for a couple hours. So now I want to get a plain white t-shirt and write on it "BNC BANK SUCKS". Then whenever people ask me WHY it sucks I can tell them, and hopefully ruin their name and hurt their business. I want to fuck them over BIG time. FUCK BNC BANK.

So where you can order just plain white shirts?

2. Your local big-box retailer.
Look in the men's underwear department. Should be in the section with the briefs and tube socks. Basically, the 'white undergarments' section.
